Lighthouse Communities conducted a pre-placement talk with the Yerwada Lighthouse students and alums looking for job opportunities on 14th of September. Around 20 students participated. Anees, an alum who has been working with Lighthouse Communities Foundation for two and a half years as Placement Coordinator, shared his experience and growth in the Lighthouse with the students.
HR Manager informed the participants about the organisation, its history, culture, and the current openings. Further, they were informed about the selection process and the type of personnel and organization seeks, emphasizing group discussion, interviews, and soft skills. Participants asked several questions regarding placement, growth rate, eligibility criteria, higher studies, or placement queries. HR Manager resolved all the queries of the participants and motivated them to study well, improve soft skills and participate in extracurricular activities for personality development.
