On 25th July 2025, a Personality Development session was held by Vanderlande volunteers, engaging 23 Lighthouse youth. The session, part of Vanderlande’s Upskill Café initiative, focused on preparing youth for real-life interviews through mock interview activities that helped participants improve their communication skills, body language, and confidence.
The volunteers from Vanderlande created a warm and open environment, offering valuable feedback and practical guidance. Their guidance and feedback had a strong impact. Youth said the session gave them clarity and confidence for future interviews and boosted their self-assurance.
