A heartfelt thank you to Xoriant for hosting an enriching exposure visit for our Lighthouse youth from Dapodi on 25th November 2025.
The visit offered 30 Lighthouse youth a valuable glimpse into corporate culture, observing real-time workplace operations, understanding team collaboration, and engaging in conversations about career pathways and essential professional skills. With guidance from LCF staff and volunteers, including Ms. Deepika Dabhi, Ms. Spiha Shrivastava, Ms. Prachi Divekar, Mr. Shivraj Sabale (COO), Ms. Vedanti, and Mr. Ajeet, the youth participated in interactive sessions and question-and-answer discussions that deepened their understanding of workplace expectations.
This experience boosted their confidence, strengthened their clarity on career goals, and inspired them to think ambitiously about their future.
