The Pathways to Employment event was organised on 26th November at Raj Resort, Nakoda, Balotra, bringing together industry partners, skilling organisations, NGOs, and district officials on one platform. The event created a meaningful space for dialogue, collaboration, and opportunities for young people of the region.
The Lighthouse Program, implemented under the District Education Transformation Program by the Motilal Oswal Foundation and recently launched at Govt. ITI Balotra, aims to empower youth aged 18 to 35 through career guidance, employability skills, and access to dignified job opportunities.
This event marks an important step towards expanding skill development pathways and strengthening the livelihood ecosystem in Balotra. With collective effort, we move closer to enabling every youth to realise their potential.
