On June 30, 2025, Kaif put on his first work uniform at Naturals Ice Cream. It was his first real job, and for him, it meant more than just earning. It meant his family could finally breathe a little easier, and his dreams could begin to take shape.
Kaif grew up in Gola Kuan Tekhand, where his father works long hours as a tailor and his mother manages the home. Money was always tight. Even after passing his 12th from a government school in 2025, Kaif knew he couldn’t jump straight into college. He needed to work, save, and then continue his studies.
That’s when he joined Batch 131 at DSEU Kalkaji Lighthouse in May 2025, thinking he would just pick up a skilling course. But what he found was something much bigger. Through activities like SWOT analysis, Diamond in my life and Naiya Paar, Kaif discovered his own strengths and built confidence he never thought he had. Spoken English classes, digital skills, grooming, mock interviews—step by step, he transformed. The shy boy who once doubted himself now walks with focus and pride.
