At 19, while pursuing his B.Com, he discovered a deep passion for fitness and dreamed of becoming a trainer. He had the discipline and the drive, but not the roadmap. Without guidance, his ambition stayed a dream.
Everything changed when he found the Shivajinagar Lighthouse.
Through the Foundation Course, Siddharth didn’t just create a career plan; he gained clarity. Activities like the Career Vision Board and Path Forward helped him connect his strengths to real opportunities. With the right guidance, he learned to make decisions with confidence instead of doubt.
While still pursuing his fitness trainer certification, his commitment stood out. In December 2025, even before completing his course, he secured a role as a Fitness Trainer at Solariris Gym, earning a monthly salary of ₹8,000. But beyond the paycheck, he found something far more meaningful — purpose.
“I used to wait for directions. Now I create my own path and help others find theirs.”
Once unsure at life’s crossroads, Siddharth is now guiding others — transforming not just bodies, but confidence and futures.
