Dhananjay Pandhari Ghobale originally moved from Parbhani to Pune with a single goal- to find a stable livelihood. Coming from a family of five, with his father a farmer and his brother a security guard, Dhananjay knew the weight of responsibility. To support himself, he spent years working in restaurants as a waiter and bartender. While he worked hard, he always felt a deep desire to learn computer skills and find a more sustainable career path.
In September 2025, a friend and Lighthouse alumnus changed everything. Dhananjay enrolled at the Bhavani Peth Lighthouse, where he discovered strengths he never knew he had. Through presentations, Spoken English sessions, and teamwork activities, he built confidence, clarity, and communication skills that once felt out of reach.
He completed both the Foundation and Office Executive courses, mastering Advanced Excel along the way.
In February 2026, he cracked his very first interview at PYC Gymkhana and is now working as a Receptionist, earning ₹18,000 per month.
His family’s pride says it all.
