On 3rd of December, Naren Dutta, Mentor from Dheya, conducted a webinar for the Junoonis on “Getting your orders home and begin your profit journey.” Mr. Naren introduced the business terms and explained the terms like business financials, fixed cost, variable cost, etc.
Junoonis were further explained the common ways to reduce fixed costs for your business, boost the income, and increase the profit by giving the case study of Soham (Graphic Design) and Vandana (Masala Making).
This brainstorming session helped the 14 Junoonis develop entrepreneurial abilities and enhance their organizing and managerial abilities to run their enterprise efficiently and successfully.
Vandana, Jyotsana, Ashwini, and Amruta understood the difference between fixed and variable costs. They are now able to relate to their businesses.
It was an eye-opening session for Sharda and Ajay, as both were unaware of how huge the salon industry is.
