Lighthouse team presented the Lighthouse Model and the Kaushalyam – City Saturation Model being implemented in PCMC, along with key partnerships with the Maharashtra Ministry of Skills to establish Lighthouses at Model Career Centres in Thane and Nagpur and at Mulund ITI.
The highlight of the visit was the interaction with Lighthouse youth.
They shared how Foundation Course activities like Diamond in My Life, rope games & SWOT analysis helped them build confidence, identify strengths, and make informed career choices.
