At just 21, Aditya Dhumal stood at a crossroads many fear—grief in his heart, dreams in his eyes, and little in his pocket. Life became tougher after his mother passed away. He was raised by his father, who works as a peon at a diamond manufacturing company. Despite limited means, Aditya held on to one dream—to support his father and build a better future.
He completed his Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) in 2024 and remained determined to find a stable job. In August 2024, Aditya joined the Foundation Course at Thane Lighthouse. Activities like The Peace Within and Inner Voice helped him discover his strengths, build confidence, and value the people who stood by him.
Motivated to do more, he enrolled in the Office Executive Skilling Course in October and completed it in December 2024, mastering computers, office management, and professionalism.
On 17th February 2025, Aditya began working as a Junior Executive at Shriram Finance. Fifteen thousand rupees—a small sum, perhaps—but for Aditya, it opened a universe of possibilities. It was his first step toward easing his father’s burden. Today, his father beams with pride, watching his son grow into a responsible, self-made young man.
His journey, a quiet roar of resilience, now echoes in the hearts of young dreamers in the dimly lit lanes of his community.
