On the 2nd of December, another team of 14 members, including Mayank Bhundia, Chittaranjan Bhide, and Gajanan Bhat from HSBC Software Development (India) Pvt. Ltd. (HSDI), visited the Yerawada Lighthouse. The team members engaged with the Youth by participating in an activity, “Fear of Not Being in Control” which is part of the Foundation Course that enables workplace competencies while also assisting youth in understanding their potential, talents, and flaws.
Thereafter the team interacted with the students by sharing their personal experiences, while the Lighthouse students and alums shared their transformational journey post enrolling into the Lighthouse program. Here is a video capturing the feedback from the team.
The team was excited to hear about their journey and overall felt it as an humbling experience.
