We are excited to announce the 8th anniversary of the Lighthouse Communities Foundation! Aundh Lighthouse, the first center established by Lighthouse Communities Foundation in Pune, has transformed the lives of over 2650 youth in just 8 years!
We were honored to have Shri. Ganesh Sonune, Disaster Management Officer of Pune Municipal Corporation, Mr. Girish Bidani, Center Head, HSBC Global Technology, and Ms. Damini Khaire, Assistant Vice President of Corporate Sustainability at HSBC Technology India, grace the occasion. The event was filled with inspiring stories, certificate distributions for placed students, and words of motivation from our esteemed guests.

Till date, through HSBC Technology India support since 2019-20, Aundh Lighthouse has successfully skilled and trained 430 youth in diverse vocational trades. A significant number of 540 youth have been placed into employment.
