The Aurangabad Lighthouse shone brightly on the morning of 22 Jan 2023, as it played host to a spectacular Job Fair. A beacon of hope for the job-seekers of the community, the fair brought together 16 esteemed employers, offering a plethora of opportunities with over 500 vacancies across various industries. As the doors opened, 311 eager students from the Lighthouse and its surrounding areas flooded in, filled with determination and optimism. The atmosphere was electric as one lucky student from the Lighthouse was offered a job on the spot at Aurangabad Electricals. The employers themselves were impressed, many stating they had never witnessed such a large-scale job fair in Aurangabad before and were able to fill positions that had been vacant for years.
The fair was a resounding success with 16 companies participating, including Arms Pvt. Ltd., Shivswaraj Association, The Earning Solutions, Head Hunter, Quess Corp Ltd., Labournate Pvt. Ltd., Courage Group of Education, Tirupati Services, Bajaj Allianz Life, Get Mock Test, Magic Bag Pvt. Ltd, Gold Box Security Pvt. Ltd., Deogiri Bank, Believe Trading Academy, Nipun Multiservices -Placement Service, and SRM Management.
As we look forward to the final numbers of students placed through this fair in the coming days, it’s moments like these that remind us of the power of coming together for a common goal, and the impact it can have on the lives of so many.
