At 13, Bhagwan weighed just 40 kg. He stood outside a gym and couldn’t walk in. ₹300 a month. His family simply couldn’t afford it.
His father worked as a plumber, every single day, to keep the family going. Watching him, Bhagwan learned responsibility early.
So he made a quiet decision. He stopped taking the bus to school and walked every day, saving that ₹20 for milk and bananas. If he couldn’t enter the gym, he would still find a way to be strong.
At 15, he entered that same gym as a cleaner. He swept floors, watched trainers and learned everything he could. Years passed. His skills grew. But without a certificate, doors stayed closed.
Then came Chinchwad Lighthouse. “For the first time, someone helped me see a real path forward,” says Bhagwan. The Foundation Course gave him the confidence to pursue his dream. Bestow Academy helped him put a certificate to his years of hard work.
Today, Bhagwan runs BR Fitness & Nutrition, earning ₹30,000 a month with dignity. The boy who couldn’t afford a gym membership now supplies the fuel for others on their fitness journeys.
