With 38 employers participating, the event highlighted the critical need for industry-aligned skilling and curriculum advancements.
Anuja Kishore, CEO of Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF), emphasized preparing youth for leadership roles in logistics. Dr. Jitendra Joshi, MD & CEO of Abhi Group, delivered a keynote on workforce skilling and AI-driven logistics. A panel, including Amruta Bahulekar, Chief Program Officer, LCF, stressed collaboration between employers, academia, and skilling organizations to bridge skill gaps.
Breakout sessions explored hiring challenges, essential skills, and market trends. The conclave highlighted the importance of certifications in SAP, ERP, Material Management, and AI-driven supply chain analytics to create structured career pathways beyond entry-level roles.
