At the Bhosari Lighthouse, we had the privilege of hosting Gaurav Shah, Founder of ISDM, along with ISDM alumni and Anuja Kishore, CEO of Lighthouse, for an insightful session on careers in the social impact sector.
Many youth are unaware of the vast opportunities beyond traditional social service. This session aimed to bridge that gap—helping them understand the skills, education, and mindset required to create meaningful change. From planning and teamwork to critical thinking and collaboration, the youth gained valuable insights into what it takes to build a career that drives impact.
With increased awareness and motivation, we hope to see more young leaders step forward and shape a better tomorrow!
