16 Lighthouse youth were recently hired by Synergy Infosystems (BPO) in Chinchwad for customer service roles in the banking process. These talented young people completed the office executive course from Lighthouse and have been excelling in their roles for the last four months.
In addition to this great news, six of the top performers were recognized by their employer and the Placement team honored them with well-deserved incentives of INR 1000, 3000, and 5000! Sangita Avinash Mungase, Susmita Vyankat Gogula, Manisha Kharate, Ayesha Liyakat Shaikh, Sonali Shinde, and Monika Landage were the six youth who received this recognition, and it was an incredible moment to see their hard work being acknowledged.
