We are thrilled to announce some exciting news! Three exceptionally talented young individuals from Lighthouse have recently joined Saksoft (an IT – MNC) as Trainees on June 29th. Please join us in congratulating Pooja Chowdhary from Bhavanipeth, Omkar Labteshwar from PCMC, and Vishal Salunkhe from Warje for successfully navigating through a rigorous selection process. They not only showcased their impressive skills but also demonstrated their unwavering determination by undergoing two rounds of interviews and an aptitude test.
All three of them will now embark on an intensive 8-month training program at Saksoft, which will pave the way for permanent employment.
This remarkable achievement would not have been possible without the invaluable support and opportunities provided by partners like Saksoft. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Warje and Bhavanipeth centers for their unwavering support, ensuring the enrollment of these talented individuals in fast-track batches and preparing them for the interviews. We would also like to express our gratitude to Jay and the entire team for their close coordination with the centers, ensuring the timely availability of the youth for all interview rounds.
Together, we have accomplished an incredible feat, taking a significant step towards creating a brighter future for our youth.
