At just 23, Sahil Sable from Ambivli carried more responsibility than most his age. Living with his parents and siblings, he knew he had to step up—not just to support his family, but to shape his own future.

After graduating in Computer Sciences, Sahil began searching for opportunities that would help him grow. In February 2024, he joined the Lighthouse Foundation Course—a decision that became a turning point in his life.

Shy and unsure at first, Sahil gradually gained confidence through sessions like Pecha Kucha. Shelter Home visits taught him empathy, while the Rope Game helped him understand the strength of teamwork. With each session—typing, mock interviews, and financial planning—his self-belief grew stronger.

Soon, Sahil wasn’t just participating—he was leading. His transformation earned him a role at Lighthouse itself, where he began working as a Placement Youth Coordinator, guiding others like he once needed guidance. But his journey didn’t stop there. When Navjeevan Lokvikas NGO recognized his potential, they welcomed him as a Placement Officer. Sahil now does more than earn—he transforms lives, helping other uncertain youth find direction and confidence, just as he once did.

Now, as he guides others toward their dreams, Sahil lives by a simple truth: the greatest success comes not from climbing alone, but from turning back to lift others with you.
