Junoon- an entrepreneurship program aimed at supporting the growth of micro or home-based entrepreneurs, is co-created by the IDFC FIRST Bank and Lighthouse Communities Foundation in Aundh, Pune. On 30th September 2022, the first batch of Junoonis from the 2-22-23 batch graduated while we also launched the second batch for the year 2022-23.
The Launch event and Graduation Ceremony were attended by the entire team of the Junoon program, senior members from the Lighthouse Communities Foundation, and the entire CSR team of the IDFC FIRST Bank.
Our implementation partners- Dheya Foundation and DeArsa Foundation; Mobilization Support- Yardi Vikas Vasti Prakalp and Unique Skill Development Center, and Mentoring Support- Keep Moving Movement and Financial Management- Merabill Application also graced the event with their presence.
The event gave an opportunity to our Junoonis to come together and share their experiences on the support they have received over a period of one year and the steps they have taken to grow their business. The new batch of 17 Junoonis were warmly welcomed as well.
