We were delighted to welcome delegates from our valued donor partner, CompuCom, to the Bibwewadi Lighthouse on February 12, 2025. Sushma Paul, Country Head – CompuCom India, and Virender Lepcha, Director – IT Service Desk at CompuCom, were warmly welcomed by Lighthouse youth and staff.
Lighthouse youth led them on a tour and shared how the Lighthouse helps them grow. Over 25 Lighthouse youth shared inspiring stories about how the Lighthouse has shaped their careers and personal growth. Sushma Paul encouraged everyone to see challenges as opportunities.
CompuCom has been a proud and valued partner since 2016, supporting underserved youth in Pune through skill development. Over the years, they’ve impacted over 3,000 lives, with 60% of those impacted being girls and women, empowering them to build brighter futures. Their commitment to creating sustainable livelihoods and endless opportunities for youth continues to inspire us. Together, we’re shaping lives and communities for the better!
