Customer Value Proposition is a unique identifier for any business. Without it, consumers won’t have a reason to purchase what you sell. They may even choose a competitor simply because that business communicates its value proposition clearly in its marketing campaigns and sales process. This Entrepreneurial concept is essential for people to help them set business goals, identify business opportunities, and work towards achieving it.

Therefore, to equip youth with basic entrepreneurial skills and knowledge, a one-day Customer Value Proposition workshop was conducted by Raj Nair, Head- Enterprise Conversation AI at IDFC FIRST Bank, and his team on Friday, 4th of November.

It was a super educative and customer-oriented workshop for our Junoon cohort. Raj and his team conducted this workshop as part of the Lend-A-Shoulder Employee Volunteering Program. It was an activity-based, highly engaging workshop and our entrepreneurs are keen to put their learnings into practice as they grow their businesses.
