Being an entrepreneur and running a business can be a daunting task!
Our partner, Youth Aid Foundation, supported the 25 Junoonis by training them on marketing, packaging, the importance of financial management, designing a business plan, and more. After completing one cohort of successful entrepreneurs in the first year, the Lighthouse Communities Foundation is all set to welcome the new batch of the second cohort and create more successful entrepreneurs. The team has mobilized in Pune’s slums and low-income communities to spread awareness about the Junoon Program run by Lighthouse with support from the IDFC FIRST Bank.

Junoon is an entrepreneurship development program that fosters support to micro-entrepreneurs from low-income communities intending to bring stability and growth to their businesses. IDFC FIRST Bank implements Junoon in partnership with Lighthouse Communities Foundation and Global Opportunity Youth Network (GOYN).
